1. Eligibility for Refunds & Replacements.

*You may request a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

A. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item.

You are eligible if:

* The product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described.

* You contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

* You provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

*If approved, we will:

* Replace the item, or

* Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

B. Lost or Missing Order.

*If your order does not arrive within the promised delivery period:

* We will track the shipment.

* If confirmed lost, we will refund or resend the order.

2. One-Year Warranty (Watches Only)

*All ALIX MONDES watches include a 1-year warranty covering:

* Manufacturing defects.

* Non-human movement failures.

*Warranty does NOT cover:

* Physical damage, scratches, dents.

* Wear-and-tear from daily use.

* Water damage outside the watch rating.

* Issues caused by mishandling.

*If covered under warranty:

* We will replace or repair the watch.

*If return shipping is too costly, we may offer:

* Replacement parts.

* Compensation in your next order.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations.

*Refunds will not be accepted under these conditions:

1. Change of mind or personal preference.

2. Incorrect order placed by the customer.

3. Items are damaged due to misuse, drops, or wear-and-tear.

4. Used or worn products.

5. Missing original packaging, protective films, or accessories.

6. Unauthorized returns made without contacting us first.

7. Return request made after 14 days of delivery.

8. Customized items (e.g., branded/engraved watches).

9. Minor variations in color or texture caused by lighting or screen differences.1

10. No valid reason provided for refund requests.

4. Return Shipping

*If a return is required, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

*If the return cost is higher than the product value, we will offer alternative solutions such as:

* Replacement parts.

* Store credit.

* Next-order Compensation.

5. Refund Methods.

*Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

* PayPal

* Razorpay (UPI / Card / Netbanking)

* Processing Time:

3–7 business days after your return/refund request is approved.
